Requirments:

• Min. 3-4 years work experience as a Sous Chef in a fine dining enviroment and experience in a culinary leadership preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room staff and guests.
• Good understanding of useful computer programs (MS Office, Restaurant Management Software, POS)
• Safe food handling certification.
• Degree or Diploma in Culinary science or related certificate.  
• Should be able to speak in English.
