Requirments:
- Min. 3-4 years work experience as a Sous Chef in a fine dining enviroment and experience in a culinary leadership preferred.
- Ability to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room staff and guests.
- Good understanding of useful computer programs (MS Office, Restaurant Management Software, POS)
- Safe food handling certification.
- Degree or Diploma in Culinary science or related certificate.
- Should be able to speak in English.
